Terms of Service
Effective July 15, 2026 · v2026-07-15
These terms govern your use of the Oxiline RX program, including the telehealth consultation, membership, and medication fulfillment.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, completing the pre-screen, or using the Oxiline RX program, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Oxiline RX is (and is not)
Oxiline RX is a technology platform that connects you with US-licensed clinicians for telehealth evaluation and, where appropriate, treatment. Oxiline is not a pharmacy and does not practice medicine. Clinical decisions are made solely by independent licensed clinicians, and medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies. Using the platform does not guarantee a prescription.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a state we serve. You agree to provide accurate, complete information. Eligibility to receive treatment is determined by a clinician and may be declined if treatment is not clinically appropriate for you.
4. Consultation and clinical review
Your intake is reviewed by a US-licensed clinician before any prescription is written. A medical consultation is part of the program. Any consultation fee that applies is disclosed at checkout before you continue. Treatment, including the specific medication, dose, and titration, is at the clinician’s discretion, and the clinician may determine that treatment is not appropriate for you.
5. Membership, billing, and payment authorization
- At checkout we securely save your payment method; we do not charge it at that time.
- The membership fee is charged only after a clinician approves your treatment. If treatment is not approved, you are not charged the membership fee.
- Medication is billed per shipment and only after a clinician approves it. Prices are shown before you are charged.
- The membership renews on a recurring basis until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your saved payment method for amounts you approve.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time from your patient portal or by contacting support before your next refill is processed. There are no long-term contracts or hidden cancellation fees.
7. Medical disclaimer and no guarantee of results
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The program does not guarantee any particular outcome, and individual results vary. The service is not for medical emergencies — if you have an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxiline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits the professional responsibilities of the treating clinicians or pharmacies.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Questions? Email support@oxiline.shop.
